Read more about our Journeywork ... Lenore's inspiration for teaching about the acid-alkaline balance in the body came from Dr. Robert O. Young who is a Microbiologist, Author, Educator and a Holistic Health Practioner. Dr. Young remains her mentor in understanding internal pH balance and how it creates a foundation for health and vitality. Through his educational conferences and publications,Lenore's learned about the importance of an acid alkaline diet and drinking alkaline water. In her own healing process, she discovered that the acid alkaline diet and consistency of drinking alkaline water was a critical factor after many years of battling candidia yeast overgrowth. As a Clinical Herbalist and Holistic Health Practioner Lenore has researched and developed effective programs providing education and skills for a detox cleanse and for maintaining an acid alkaline diet. |
