As a child I felt a strong connection with wild plants and nature.  Homesteading in the woodlands of New England and working as a wilderness educator and guide for many organizations including the Colorado Outward Bound School taught me the most about living in harmony with the natural environment. I am deeply grateful for the abundance of life force and healing that the natural world offers us. 

In 1991 I completed a Masters Degree in Experiential Education from the University of Colorado.  In 1996 I graduated from the Rocky Mountain Center for Botanical Studies, in Clinical Herbalism and also completed a three-year apprenticeship in the Journey to Wholeness, Spiritual Shamanic Journey Process through the Center for Spiritual Shamanic Exploration.  I have completed advanced studies with several renowned Herbalists and Shamanic Healers throughout the United States whose work I admire and respect.  I offer my wisdom, experience and skills as a woman, mother, educator, herbalist, healer and guide. 

My work with The Colorado Outward Bound School as a Wilderness Leader, and Environmental Director spanned over fourteen years from 1985-1999.  Since 1996 I have been facilitating my own wilderness retreats and nature quests in New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Arizona, Vermont and Massachusetts.
